Account and registration
No. We at ibetwin permit one account per person. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts, we will consolidate or close all but one. Any balance on closed accounts may be forfeited. Multiple accounts violate our terms and may result in permanent suspension. If you have forgotten your password or username, use our password-recovery tool instead of opening a new account. If you need to close your current account and start fresh, contact our support team to request account closure first.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address or username. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link and create a new password. The link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. If you cannot access your registered email, contact support with proof of identity (ID document) and we will help you regain access to your ibetwin account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your ibetwin account, change your password immediately. Log out of all sessions and enable two-factor verification if available. Contact our support team right away via in-app chat or email with details of the suspicious activity (unusual login location, unexpected transactions, etc.). We will investigate and may temporarily lock your account to prevent further unauthorized use. Do not share your password with anyone. Our support team will never ask for your password. If you notice unauthorized withdrawals, report them immediately so we can investigate and potentially reverse transactions.
Payments and transactions
We at ibetwin do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may charge their own fees depending on your account type and transaction method. Check with your bank or e-wallet before depositing. Withdrawal fees, if any, are charged by your payment provider, not by ibetwin. We process all withdrawals at no cost to you. If you see an unexpected fee on your bank or e-wallet statement, contact your provider directly.
If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, check your bank or e-wallet account to confirm whether the money left your account. If the transaction failed on our end, your balance will not change and you can retry. If the transaction succeeded on your bank's end but did not reach ibetwin, contact our support team with your transaction ID or receipt. We will investigate and credit your account if the payment was received. Incomplete withdrawals are typically reversed to your ibetwin balance within one to two business days. Do not retry the same transaction multiple times; contact support first to avoid duplicate charges.
We at ibetwin reward active users through a loyalty tier system. As you deposit and place bets, you earn points. Points accumulate toward higher tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Each tier unlocks benefits such as faster withdrawal processing, higher account preferences, and exclusive promotions. Your tier status is visible in your account dashboard. Tier benefits apply automatically; no action is needed. Tiers reset periodically based on activity. If you have questions about your current tier or benefits, check your account settings or contact our support team. Tier benefits are subject to our terms and may change without notice.
Games and markets
Our ibetwin sportsbook covers Liga 1 (Indonesian football), Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and international tournaments. We also offer badminton, MotoGP, and esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Football markets include match winner, over/under goals, handicap, and live in-play betting. Tournament odds update in real time as matches progress. Markets close at kickoff and reopen after the match ends. If a match is postponed or cancelled, affected bets are settled according to our rules (see Terms of Use). Tables operate on a schedule; check the lobby for available tables and their limits. Bets are placed before the dealer closes the round. Results are settled instantly. Our live-dealer streams use low-data compression so tables load smoothly on any connection. If your stream drops, reconnect and your bets remain active.
